FAQs
How much does it cost to get started?
Answer:
A $100 deposit will get you a spot on the wait-list and covers one-on-one design and planning time.
Half of the estimated cost will be due when building begins.
Remaining balance plus shipping will be due when building is complete.
How long is the turnaround for a custom instrument?
Answer:
Current lead time is approximately 6 months for new builds, and Waitlist will be suspended if lead times reach one year.
Is there a warranty?
Answer:
All instruments will be guaranteed from manufacturer defects and breakage during normal use.
Setups and adjustments will be made for free for the first year for local customers.
How much does shipping cost?
Answer:
Typical shipping rates are currently $50-$100 for domestic orders, and will be billed at the actual rate.
For international orders, please contact us directly to discus shipping options.
Can I supply my own parts?
Answer:
If you have materials or hardware you’d like to use, arrangements will be made and the price of the instrument can be adjusted accordingly.
